Mosaic's Black Plate Dinner is a completely customized experience for groups of 6 or more, brought to you by our Executive Chef, Joshua Loecsey.

Our goal is to offer you an experience and an evening of memories that you will not be able to find anywhere else in Redding, CA. The dinner will feature ingredients and wines from across the globe, prepared with extreme creativity and presented at our "Chef's Table" inside Mosaic, or if you would like a more intimate setting, tucked away under the stars on our magical tree lit boardwalk.

Each Black Plate Dinner reservation requires time to source ingredients, wine, and, most importantly, work with you to customize your guests' experience.

Dinners start at $150 per person, 6 person minimum.

Please list 2 or 3 dates that would work for this reservation. Note that we stick to dinner service only and the dinner typically lasts 3 hours. The earliest reservation is 5 pm and the latest would be 7 pm. If you would like to have dinner on the Turtle Bay Boardwalk under the lights, please let us know ahead of time. Otherwise, we will be at our Chef's Table for the full culinary experience.
